yoga, movement, meditation, and more.
Power vinyasa classes and you’ll find a lot of them on our schedule, however, we also offer world-class restorative and yin, body sculpt, pilates, kids classes, aerial classes, and more (seriously, more special classes every month).
We offer workshops and events in the studio and out at special places in the community. We want to lovingly nudge our students out of their comfort zone and into a more balanced place so that their mat practice bleeds out into their everyday lives. Our purpose is to help people find a strong center in themselves through yoga, movement, meditation, and more.
Yoga classes
-
A power vinyasa flow that is best suited for intermediate to advanced students. Each class is different but expect a warm-up, sun salutations, a combination of standing and seated postures weaved together with breath, and a sweet savasana. This flow could include some inversions, arm balances and minimal cueing.
All classes with (heated) after the name are heated to 90 degrees F and are in a room with infrared panels.
If there is a number beside the name that refers to the number of minutes the class is. If there is no number it is a 60 minute class.
-
A vinyasa flow for all levels but a familiarity with basic yoga postures is recommended. Each class is different but expect a warm-up, sun salutations, a combination of standing and seated postures weaved together with breath, and a sweet savasana. Expect more descriptive cues and more modifications throughout class.
-
Yin + Yang is a mix of two other classes we offer. The first half of the class is like a Strong Flow (power vinyasa) and the last half of the class is like an Unwind (relaxation yoga).
All levels welcome.
-
Our relaxing restorative yoga class. Expect a mixture of yin, restorative, meditation, and lots of props.
Held in our heated studio but expect it to just feel comfortably warm.
Sculpt classes
-
Body Sculpt is a 45-minute choreographed fusion fitness class. Expect elements of barre, cardio, yoga, pilates, and traditional strength training. We use weights, bands, balls and other fun props. Each class is different.
Held in a non-heated room. Length of class: 45 minutes
-
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs by building strength, increasing flexibility, and developing a strong core. This total body toning class incorporates strength training and mat Pilates to create muscles that are long and lean. All levels are welcome. This class is held in our non-heated studio
Aerial yoga classes
-
Use the aerial hammock to add momentum and decompression to a full-body workout. Through repeated movements, planks, pikes and the occasional inversion, you will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and core and joint stability, engaging in a low-impact cardiovascular routine while suspended. This class is designed to motivate and challenge each person in the room at their current fitness level by targeting muscle growth and overall physical performance.
*To get the most out of class, we recommend eating a very light meal or snack about an hour beforehand. Bring your mat and a water bottle. For maximum comfort, wear leggings that cover your knees and a shirt that covers your armpits. Be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before class so that we have plenty of time to measure the hammock to your height and answer your questions.
-
Reset and restore your body and mind in this moderately-paced aerial class. The fabric will support you through a guided sequence of decompressing inversions, deep stretches, and a relaxing savasana. This is an all-levels class. Beginners are always welcome.

Barre-like fitness class geared for all levels. The aerial hammock is used as a prop to add more resistance and intensity in this fusion fitness class. Minimal (always optional) inversions are offered.
We offer other classes monthly such as beginner’s specific classes, kundalini, reiki and rest, and others. Check our schedule or events page for one-off classes and special workshops.
